Battle of the Bands for TV, Basic Format/Rules

We will be jamming at Vampires Club In April with Battle of the bands Wed-Sunday, a winner from each night will play in another battle on Sunday of the following week. The winner from that second battle will be filmed for the show. We Plan to film 13 shows!

We will be airing on Local TV!

So that's a lot of TV Time and a lot of Bands that will get Great Exposure.

Plus, If we have a great Turn out as expected, We will also be having Live Remotes with a local station at the "Houston Metal Festival", to have a bad ass crowd in front of you and the stage when we film.

Win 2 battles and you will get a guest spot on our show, we will be taking the first 12 winners that make it on the show, and Produce the "2006 Houston Metal Fest"

Voting plan for all Battles of the Bands. Every person that walks in will be given a ticket with 2 bands to choose as their favorites. So if you bring 10 people, I'm sure you'll get those 10 votes, But those same people have to vote for one other band, too. And the band who actually plays the best will get everyone's second vote, out numbering the first vote for their friends, when combined with everyone else's favorite band. Now of course, you bring 1000 people and everyone else brings 10, Then you will have basically bought your victory, but if you can bring a 1000 people, God Bless you, we need to talk about booking you for some regular shows. Atten: Also don't vote for your band and then the worst band, because the last time 4 bands and their friends thought they were being sneaky, they all voted for themselves and then the worst band, and the worst band got votes from everybody and won 1st place.

Our Plan is to bring Houston a true Venue, that will become the resting place for any band or fan that wants to kick back and party where Metal is RULE 1.

Plus when the TV show becomes well know as Houston's Metal Show, with everyone watching, it's only natural for the scouts to start coming around, or better than that, they can watch from home!

We're working on being able to start submitting Cd's to labels with an honest ear Ready to listen to them. You know when your band wins a battle of the bands and makes it to TV, it has to look good on you... We want to create the atmosphere that breeds bad asses and gets them heard.

I know there was a group holding a show called the Houston Metal fest Last September, but they are not licensed and have nothing to do with our show or the Houston Metal Fest. In fact their promoter signed up to play ours the year before.
